Window art for Helsinki Design week 2019.
SYMBIOSIS- Connecting with Natur. Window art, made with molotow chalk markers and acrylic markers. I painted this little flora girl at the LumoKids shop on Fredrikinkatu 16 as part of a window art exhibition for Helsinki Design week 5-15.9.2019.
The lovely LumoKids shop specialises in sustainable furniture for children, and the theme for the Helsinki Design Week 2019 was "Learning Climate".
Love and connection to nature is I would say the greatest motivator for working against climate change both on an individual and a global scale. Symbiosis represents humans, and especially children connecting with nature. We are all part of a bigger whole and only by finding this connection can we rise and overcome the challenges Mother Earth is facing.
